SDS Examples refresh

i did a general refresh of my SDS Examples home page and source code today. i also updated the source code repositories (Codeplex and GoogleCode). no new functionality here. the main point is that i've udpated all the source code to be inline with the 'Public CTP' release of SQL Data Services (SDS) in November.
i've got a few other things in my head for SDS, but i'm gonna keep them under my hat for a bit. when magic happens, you'll see it here first [grin].
